Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dad's Fleet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Dad's Fleet is a private fleet management application that allows authorized team members to track vehicles, maintenance records, insurance documents, and registration information for a shared vehicle fleet.
Access to the App is by invitation only. You must be invited by a team administrator to create an account.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — managing fleet vehicle records for your authorized team. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content that is harmful, fraudulent, or infringes on any third party's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or any systems connected to the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all documents, photos, and data you upload to the App ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any critical information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including Firebase (Google LLC) and Google Sign-In. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
