Dad's Fleet ("we", "our", or "us") is a private fleet management application used to track vehicles, maintenance history, insurance documents, and registration records for a shared team.

Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate the app:
- Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google or register with an email and password.
- Vehicle data — vehicle details, custom fields, maintenance records, and associated documents or photos that you enter into the app.
- Uploaded files — documents (PDF, images) uploaded for insurance, registration, and maintenance records, stored in Firebase Storage.
- Usage data — basic Firebase Analytics data (session counts, screen views) used to understand how the app is used. No personally identifiable information is included.
How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate you and provide access to your team's fleet data.
- To store and display vehicle records and documents you upload.
- To send invite emails when a team admin adds a new user (email address only).
- To improve app functionality based on aggregated usage patterns.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Dad's Fleet uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the app. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information and associated records within 30 days.
Security
All data is stored in Google Firebase, which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to fleet data is restricted by Firebase Security Rules — users can only access records belonging to their assigned project.
Children's Privacy
Dad's Fleet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your Rights
